Job Summary
-

Debut is looking for a Sr. Producer, Client Lead to join our Production team, under the direction of our Head of Production.

In this role, you will primarily be responsible for liaising with clients on a variety of corporate events, conferences and communication programs. The Sr. Producer, Client Lead is responsible for leading client projects through to production from creative inception to final delivery within the required timeframe and budget. It is essential that the Sr. Producer, Client Lead understands and communicates the client’s vision and can bring this to life with the Project Team.

Behind the scenes, you will work alongside both world-class scientists and heavy-hitting creatives who will work to develop customer and employee engagement strategies that are both innovative and grounded in behavioral insights.

 

Job Duties
-

  • Interprets client vision and works with the team to develop creative content to meet client objectives.
  • Works with the creative team to build creative and content for the project and acts as the primary client contact throughout the project cycle.
  • Ensures Debut’s creative and production standards are maintained throughout the project.
  • Provides creative direction to the team and oversees various production elements, including but not limited to, video, print & digital media, content creation, and technical stage design.
  • Creates and manages critical paths and ensures schedules are adhered to and deliverables are managed within timelines.
  • Develops and manages budgets ensuring debuts margins are maintained and responsible for working with accounting to manage client invoicing and supply your payments.
  • Provides onsite live production support including show call and onsite management.
  • Responsible for final project reconciliation of expenses to budget for each program.
  • Responsible for archiving each program per archival policy
  • Conducts post project debrief with client and internal team as appropriate.
  • Works with accounting to prepare final reconciliation of expenses to budget for production programs.
  • Adheres to corporate process and policies as required.
  • May perform other duties as required.

    • Experience with managing high touch clients and multi- stakeholder relationships
    • Able to convey authority, warmth, and professionalism in client interactions
    • Must have demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications skills

  • Time Management: balances a myriad of tasks; prioritizes duties to meet project milestones/deadlines

Experience
-

  • 7+ years of Event Production experience
  • 5+ years of Client Management experience
  • Must have experience working with C-Suite clients
  • A background in communications is an asset
  • Agency experience is an asset
  • Experience in Wrike is an asset
